Some of you may recall that last year I was wondering what to do with all the trick-or-treat candy my daughter would collect. So, before we went trick-or-treating, I talked to my daughter about how candy is not good for your teeth or your tummy (health). She already knows that sugar is a sometimes thing… not an everyday treat.
