It is not easy to see our babies hurting, we naturally want to protect them. Sometimes we protect them by allowing them to fly, like the eagle has to push the baby out of the nest and watch them develop their wings on the way down, so are we called to let our children be the biggest, strongest and best they can be. It is not always easy, but it what we mothers are born to do!

I think it is great for parents to travel away from their children every once in awhile. It is always hard for me, but I think it is the best thing for both of us (first knowing that she is safe though!)
Many parents are concerned about their child’s education. And these days, many parents are not only concerned if they are learning what they should be learning, what what they should not be learning at their age. Sex and drugs have found their way into many elementary schools. Then other parents are worried when they send their children out the door if their child will be safe.

Some of the things that can affect you and your children’s moods and behaviors are things we hear about often… food allergies. Some things you may not think of that could be affecting your child’s behavior are things in the environment.
How do you handle night terrors or night mares? I recently spoke to Jan Luther, an EFT Master about how talking to children about grief. One of the things she mentioned is that when a child is in fear, telling them it is OK, there is nothing to worry about is not validating who they are. To them, in that moment it is 100% real, and so is the fear.
